From there, you’ll develop 3–5 core content themes (social media pillars) that align with your brand values, resonate with your audience, and support your offers, creating a foundation for consistent and strategic content. You’ll also begin building your AI knowledge base by learning how to train tools like ChatGPT and Canva to reflect your authentic voice, collaborating to draft brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines. To support your alignment and creativity, the session will include a grounding meditation to overcome visibility fears and set intentions for confidently showing up online.

In this session, you'll refine and finalize your brand tone and messaging guide for AI, training tools to craft captions, blogs, or scripts that align with your unique style. You'll explore practical uses of AI, such as repurposing content, brainstorming ideas, and automating tasks, to streamline your workflow. Building on your social media pillars, you'll align them with various content formats—reels, posts, stories, and lives—while creating a balanced mix of value-based, promotional, and community-focused content. The session includes a step-by-step walkthrough of how to use AI and templates to generate a full month of content in under 90 minutes, ensuring your content is organized for maximum impact and efficiency. To support your creative flow, a guided meditation will help you overcome perfectionism and embrace authenticity. By the end, you'll have a fully developed AI knowledge base, a demonstrated workflow, examples of posts, and actionable templates delivered via a post-session summary.

In this session, you’ll map out a full month of content using your social media pillars and business goals, strategically scheduling key promotions, engagement posts, and evergreen content while learning how to maintain consistency and flexibility. You'll receive a walkthrough of ready-to-use templates for posts, reels, and stories, customized to reflect your brand's unique aesthetic and messaging. Together, we'll integrate product or service launches into your social media plan, crafting a promotional timeline that feels authentic and engaging rather than overly sales-focused. To ensure long-term success, we’ll discuss strategies to maintain momentum, address any specific challenges through a Q&A, and wrap up with a guided meditation to connect with your purpose and confidently show up online. By the end, you’ll leave with a fully mapped-out content calendar, personalized templates, a launch strategy summary, and a detailed post-session sustainability plan.

During these focused and highly interactive calls, we’ll make significant progress on your social media strategy and assets, ensuring you walk away with tools and templates you can use not only now but for any future social media campaigns or plans.
